Foam rolling workshop

Using a roller on your muscles and fascia will increase blood flow and help tissues be healthier and more pliable, and less prone to strains. To prepare for this workshop, get online and check out where your gluteus maximi and latissimus dorsi start and end. You will need a foam roller for the workshop, preferably 36 inches, although a short one will suffice for most of what we'll do. You will need to wear workout clothing, (shoes optional), because you will literally be rolling on the floor (....laughing ?....or groaning when working areas that really need attention). Devices/computers will need to be in a position where you can see the screen while rolling.
