This will require you to be on the floor on your back to try this out in real time. You will need either a firm/hard chair to support your lower legs, or be able to put your feet on a wall, with hips and knees bent at roughly 90 degrees. This won't be at all strenuous, but wear clothing that is not restrictive. And you'll need to put your computer/device in a position that you can watch the demo and try it out for yourself.
