Those of you who have been with RRC since last fall are familiar with our annual RentoMania event, which is our in-house version of Ergomania. Adult and youth athletes at RRC have the opportunity to kick off the winter season with a full team 2k erg, scheduled this year for January 25th during our usual masters practice time. We'll run erg tests in flights, followed by a potluck for competitors and families! Mark your calendars now.
We welcome all of our athletes to participate, regardless of experience level or goals. Erg testing is a great way to learn more about how to strategize a race plan and respond to your body's capabilities and strengths.
